Sheet extrusion

Sheet extrusion lines for PP, PET and other polymers use a melt filtration system during the extrusion process. In order to make the sheet more receptive to bonding substances, a corona and spray coating system is applied during the subsequent lamination phase to apply silicone or anti-fog or anti-static silicone and subsequent drying. During the extrusion phase equipment is required to eliminate static charges. It is important to control the quality of the process with an inspection system with high-definition cameras.
