Converting

Converting machines, such as laminators and bag sealers, use systems to eliminate static charges or statically block bags before sealing. A system that generates static charges is used to count the pouches in production. In laminating lines, corona treatment of the material is necessary to increase adhesion between surfaces. In several machines, an inspection system with high-definition cameras is used to check the quality of the process.
